Fukuichi has been providing hospitality tailored to the needs of our guests for over 400 years. Located in the Ikaho area, which has been well-known for over a thousand years and beloved by intellectuals and people of culture, Fukuichi continues to preserve traditions in a warm, friendly place where people and nature coexist in harmony.

Baths
Both the large communal baths and the rotenburo (open-air baths) are fed by Ikaho's famous spring Kogane no Yu (“Golden Waters").

Open-air Baths

Experience a wonderful combination of traditional hot springs and modern-style relaxation at Ikaho Onsen's famous Kogane no Yu ("Golden Waters") bath. The waters warm your body to the core and are said to be good for couples who are hoping to have children. Fukuichi has both large communal baths and rotenburo (open air baths).
